Introduction:  Lionstar is a knitted garment manufacturer with it's own south China factory and Bangladesh contract productions.  The head office is in Hong Kong and the business was established in 1997.

　

　

China:  The factory in He Shan, Guangdong,  South China employs around 700 workers on a site of approximately 250,000 square feet.

As well as the garment make up, the compound includes a washing section, embroidery, digital sublimation printing, accommodation blocks, canteen, recreation room and worker's shop.

Bulk production capacity is around 150,000pcs per month plus a 'teamwear' or 'on field' garment section making playing strips for rugby, netball, hockey, basketball, soccer etc.  This capacity is in the order of 70,000pcs per month and the section includes woven production of tracksuits, training tops, shorts etc.

　

　

　

　

　

Bangladesh:  Lionstar runs it's own production - from cutting to packing - on two floors of a large vertical knits factory, Capacity of around 250,000pcs per month which can be increased as required.  As well as the knitting and dyeing, the manufacturing group has its own accessories production plant including woven and printing labels, polybags, hangtags, packaging, cartons, rubber badges and zip pullers.

　

　

Customers:  Include middle to upper end sports/casual wear brands and department stores, volume workwear and corporate wear companies.

Decoration- printing (screen and digital sublimate), hand finishes, embroidery, appliqué, cut-out embroidery etc.

Flexibility of production with the ability to offer, on certain styles, bulk production from Bangladesh and quick response of indents top-ups from China.

Teamwear production with leadtime 30/35 days and no minimums (dependant on styles being previously established).
